I got a book on yoga because its low impact exercise. It did help my back and made me more limber. I hurt my mid back in '93 and its the only thing that really helps. Therapy always made it worse.

Im glad you are doing it. Its good for you. I just walk trails now in the evening. I prefer trails because I hate pavement. The trails have many hills many very steep so it gives a good workout. Its low impact because the ground is soft.

Got up, packed a weekend bag, walked to station, rode a train, changed platforms via a bridge, another train ride, changed platforms via a subway, then yet anther train ride to get me to work and finally a walk to work before climbing the stairs to the first floor.
Will be repeating it in reverse soon.
