You can`t be forced to sleep with somebody you don`t want to!!!
It`s up to your moral values what you do!
You need to decide no body else!
You can tall her you are not interested without being rude.
And the PA will have to accept it!
Have a own full-filling personal relationship without mixing it in your work life!
You`ll enjoy it more!
All the best! Good luck!

Where in the world do you work? Or, rather, on what planet? This must be a joke because if you are in line for promotion then who you sleep with doesn't have any bearing on if you get promoted or not.
You sound confused. Where in the world did you get the idea that your "bosses" PA has ANY bearing on the job you do?
You need to have a meeting with your line manager or your "boss" and get it sorted because if you actually think sleeping with the PA would get you promoted then you probably aren't made of the "right stuff" for promotion in the first place.
Answer to yourself a few questions: 1. Is your WORK worthy of a higher pay scale? Be honest with yourself because those on a review board will be thinking this - even if you aren't.
2. Are you capable of getting on with the job at hand or are you caught up with "office dramas"? I think we know the answer to that one.
3. Just for your information. If I was looking at 2 or 3 likely candidates for promotion, then I would choose the person who has enough sense to know that it is YOUR work and how you conduct yourself which is the criteria for promotion.
PAs are the first "port of call" when dealing with chief executives or directors or "important people" but only on the television will you find such nonsense of having to "sleep with" them to get promotion.

I agree with Ekaterina, that sounds like a plan, def do not sleep with her, u shouldn't trust her an inch, remember if u were to she would then have a hold over you which could make things very sticky for you. However, if u think she has any motivation for sleeping with u other than she fancies u then i would seriously consider taking action, keep a record of her advances, if it does come to anything you will have the evidence to protect yourself from any allegations.

Get a personal voice recorder and record the next round of seediness, then play it back and tell her back off or you'll tell the boss all about it.

Just pretend you don't notice or understand her advances, like it cannot even occur to you of being such a possibility. She won't make an open offer, most likely...

Resist and if she persists file a sexual harassment complaint. No good will come out of sleeping with her, as I'm sure you already realise.

dont bother, you are obviously thinking of the consequences!
If she is not a nice person, as you quoted, how do you know she will not do the opposite and fire you or claim that it was rape.
Think about it.......

Tell her that you aren't interested, but be careful how you do it, you don't want to lose your job!
