what is the minimum age for applying for license(LLR) in india?
i am 17 now.can i apply?

You can get a learners license for motor cycle without manual gear below 100cc if you are above 16 years of age..
however you need to be atleast 18 years for a geared motorcycle or Light motor vehicle.
A computerized theory test needs to be passed to obtain a learners license. It is issued on the same day immediately after passing the test(hyderabad/secunderabad).

Minimum age limit is 18 years for all vehicles. However mopeds and small motorscooters may be driven at age 14..
