Anybody ever found an old record/CD and put it on and get hit with emotion?

I just put on an old fear factory CD and the track resurrection and it reminds me of so much stuff from the past, good damn track

absolutely!!!.... scent and music can both do it to you!!... kinda like a 'rubber-band trip'.... the song you and your first love danced to.... or mom's apple pie.... both of them are powerful emotional inductors!!...

Oh yea ilove spike jones and the hooser hot shots This just starts me gushing tears reminds me of my hillbilly girl friend and those hot nights in the barn
