I am currently trying Fenugreek and Mother's Milk tea. I researched both of them and read reviews on Amazon.com (all were very positive) and decided to give them a try. I just had my first cup of tea today, so I can't tell yet what the effects are. However, I've noticed that since placing an order for these things, I've become more relaxed and was actually able to pump after going about a month without breastfeeding (due to lots of complications, as you can tell by my previous questions). It was less than an ounce, but it was better than nothing. Also, warm compresses and massaging has helped me.

I've just started using Fenugreek supplements a few days ago and I am pumping an oz or so more than I was while at work, I've heard a lot of mom's try the Mother's Milk tea so I may end up giving that a try too. I eat oatmeal every morning also, I've read that can help.

Are you drinking water like a fish? And for how long have you been nursing and pumping extra?
It can take a couple weeks to really build a good supply in some women, and if you're not eating and drinking enough it wont build.
You're not on hormone therapies of any kind?
I'd contact your hospital and talk with a lactation consultant. Theyre free and there for your disposal. Not all herbal remedies are safe for baby.

If you are an Indian, then, do not go for any type of supplements but go and purchase "SABUDANA" and prepare sweet dish and eat. Cook sabudan ganji and drink. If you are non-veg then eat intestine of goats (cooked) and goat breast (cooked).
Believe me you will get enormous milk.
