The previous answerers are correct--it's only 302 feet down the right field line at Fenway.
Right field eventually gets out to 380 feet though, so unless you hit the ball very close to the line it's actually hard to hit a homer to right.
Left field is 310 feet (that's what it's marked, some say it's more like 304 or 305), but because of the 37 foot high Green Monster, in reality you have to hit a ball a lot longer than that for it to be a homer.

Fenway is only 302 to right and 310 to left. However, their center field is pretty deep at 420.
Camden is only 320 to right, although it's a pitcher's ball park.
Comerica is considerably the hardest park to hit a home run in. It's a major pitcher's park, as is the Marlins stadium. Comerica is 345 to left, 420 to center, and 330 to right.
Yankee Stadium at the corners is pretty shallow, too. 314 to right and 318 to left.
The best ballparks to hit in are Texas and Cincinnati, I would say. They are both extremely goot hitters ball parks.

Todays parks probobly Fenway around the Pesky pole in right field. I think the old Polo Grounds in New York had a 257' right field corner

The right field line in Fenway Park is the shortest distance in any major league park, although the distance increase quickly there as you move away from the foul pole.
