Yes, all mammals do.
They need to drink water and then they need to wee to get rid of waste products from their bodies.
If you have a hedgehog visitor to the garden, you're not going to notice it doing this in the way that a dog might, as they're more private animals, but they do it all the same.

Of course they do. Otherwise they would blow up from retained liquid. Any animal you can think of has liquid waste to get rid of.
