I have front page and have created a web page and i want to publish it anyone help please i want it in google and yahoo too if possible. Please help ??

This is problem you run into.
Everyone wants to develop a web page or a web site, and have no clue as to the proccess it takes.
Just a web page. There are literally millions.
You must have a host to publish your Page or site to get it on the Internet. Next Internet Crawlers will recognise the addition of a new site and will many times place your site on Google, and Yahoo.
The Addition of Meta Tags will also direct users to yor site.
If you wish you can Pay either Yahoo or Google to place your Page on there Search Engines.
It is more complicated than just making a Web Page and placing it on the Internet.
That is the reason I suggest that new users go to Yahoo's Geocities. There they offer Domain Service, to establish and choose a Domain name for your Page, or site. This is around $20.00 a year to maintain .
Next they offer Hosting service they will place your Domain .
(http://www.your page.com) on the Internet, at so much amonth depending on the size you will need.
Next they offer a full service Software to develop and maintain your site at no charge for the right to your buisness
There is NO FREE INTERNET Domain, or Hosting service, period.

Do you have your own domain name?
If not I would create the website on google using Google pages. If you don't like google pages you could try and use yahoo webpage builder.

you know what, don m is absolutely right but what i would say is that you cannot pay any search engine to list your site on their engine the top listing all depends on the search engine optimisation skills of the web developer. however you can only pay to advertise your site with the search engines.
