I have an experienced ordering a bihon soup in local restaurant. Normally I ate bihon first followed by the ingredients like veggies, praws, squid etc.. lastly is drinking the soup, to my dismay I have noticed the color of bowl from the lower sides its darker like dirt or rather like stain for the longer use i guess and I nearly vomit. I don't know see whether I wanted to shout to the person who served me or make a complaint to the owner of the restaurant but, I choose not to embarass them infront of other customer whose eating at the same time, since then never patronized that restaurant again.

first you should of complain to the owner and the waiter it is better that they know what the problem is right now then have some one take and get severly sick from something that could of been fixed
secondly if it looked dirty and different color than the orginal color than it should of been brought to there attention as a fine dining chef i would rather have a customer tell me what the problem is than find out about it when its to late

you right, it should be clean. cause you cant see the different between a discolored and a dirty bowl.
