To beat up The Tigers again? I've been dogging you guys for weeks now, and just thought I'd give you a chance to give it back! Go ahead, and let me have it. I'm a man, I can deal with it.

I do think The Tigers can take 2 of 4 though.

You know how much I love the Yankees, George. But I am not taking anything for granted. Detroit is a very tough team to beat. I think it will be 2-2 also. These might be some pretty good games. I am looking forward to it. I never beat down anybody, I admire a person who sticks up for their team. In the good and the bad times. That is what being a fan is all about. But these 2 teams have been good lately. We both have alot to be proud of.

I think the Yanks are going to take 3, maybe four, from the Tigers this weekend. The tigers are banged up, and the Yankees are the hottest team in baseball. They took 3 of 4 last week, so I think that they will again this week. But maybe the Yanks hot streak is over, and Tuesday nights massacre at the hands of the Angels was the beginning. Anything can happen, but GO YANKS!!

I Georgieeeeee Well sweetie,i agree i think they will split this series! I think Clemens will beat your rookie Andrew Miller I belive your guy Miller hasn't pitched in 3 weeks having spent time on the DL with a Hamstring injury, Wang should beat Bonderman,Winless in his last seven starts,(but that can change) Then the next two games get instresting,Our Rookie Hughes going up aganist your rookie Jair Jurrjens,Can go either way,,Last but not least! Mussina squaring off against Verlander,,Verlander has this one locked up!! The moose stinks!! in fact it was reported if he doesn't get this win,he will lose his rotation spot, and the yankees will call up Ian kennendy,,by the end of this week the MOOSE MAY BE CUT LOOSE!!

Since the Yankees became a franchise, and since the Yankees fans were first known to exist, we were ready. Zumaya or no Zumaya, the Yankees are ready to beat the Tigers in their own park.

I will be happy with a split against a good team on the road.

I really do believe the yankees are a better right now. But I still think its tough to beat a good team 3 out 4 in their park.

its possible, with the yankees lack of starting pitching, but i see it either being a full sweep of the tigers, or a 3 games to one series. The tigers have injury problems to deal with (sheffield) and i just dont see them being the biggest threat to the yankees in this series
