I don't show my fears, my avoidant behaviour means I tend not to face my fears and spend forever avoiding them. I have social anxiety(often referred to as a social phobia-hiding away from people sucks)

When im alone and i get scared and jump at a noise or something i kinda laugh to myself that i must have looked stupid.. When im with someone and im scared i giggle a little and look around... or if im with someone and someone scared me i usually hit them and say it wasnt funny.. Basically people can tell whenever im scared but not so much that im like wetting myself.. lol
