well I've had a few pets over the years (none of them ended up as Sunday dinner) but now I have a son and if it was about me and my son surviving yes I would! If there were any other way to find food then of course it wouldn't be my cuisine of choice but if there's nothing else and we were truly starving... I've had this discussion with my husband about the movie (based on a true event) "Alive" and I said the same thing to him if it truly is about surviving I think MOST people would be surprised what they would actually do! After all we're not talking about ordering parrot pie for lunch cause it sounds exotic but if there was no other food at all....

No, Id rather starve right along side him. Hes my little toby and I could never do that to him! That would be worse than death.

no my dogs don't have much meat but i can use them to catch animals for me to eat
