On the connection between end user end their server, your connection is very secure. It's a secure connection with lots of encryption technology being used.

The only problem most user faces is on their own computer, that is not secure. Main culprit is a key logger in your computer, which records down everything you type on your keyboard.

Don't use any other computer to log in, only your own computer at home. Not even your office PC, people can easily install a hardware keylogger on it.

And if you're affraid that a software keylogger is in your PC, use the onscreen keyboard, where you type by clicking on the "on-screen keyboard". Keylogger may not log your keystroke as you did not use your actual keyboard, so the hacker cannot obtain your password
