As stated Elder Chiyo uses a forbidden technique originally made to make a puppet come to life. She uses it on Gaara for the good of the sand village. Beyond that point you dont see Gaara in the shippuden manga again, as of yet. Still more to come out so you never know!

In the manga and in the Anime, I expect it to be the same.
Chiyo brings Sakura back to life first and then she does the same jutsu on Gara. The jutsu takes a portion of the casters life force. So she didn't have much left after when she brought Sakura back and doing it on Gara took every last bit of life force, so she dies.
Gara is back , But the 1 tail, is no more inside Gara.

Yes, you are right. Gaara is come back to life when elder chiyo sacrifice his life to bring gaara back to life.Chiyo basama do that because naruto really want gaara come back to life.

yeah gaara comes back to life. chiyo gives her life to gaara. chiyo is an elder at the sand. she uses a reincarnation jutsu.

yeah he comes back to life because chiyo-baachan gave up her life to save gaara!!!

i'm not sure bout this...i can hardly believed it too...
first time gaaara's soul was sucked up by the akatsuki..then he was revived by chiyo-baa..but later..
he died in d end..he combined with naruto to defeat the leader of akatsuki..
well..i was told again n again..but..i still can't believed it......well... wana know the TRUTH??...wait for it..tat's d best..everybody is jz givin their own opinions...
