yes, strangely enough. had a loaded M-16 pointed at me by a guy on drugs. i had nothing to lose, so i grabbed the gun out of his hands and knocked him out with one punch. pure adrenalin.

One day I had an unexpected encounter with a mongoose. I was drunk and scared to death. The mongoose jumped at me with its mouth wide open, but I immediately grabbed a knife I had in my pocket, and shoved it through it's head. I realized later that I wasnt afraid. I just reacted to a crazy situation.

yes!!!! and someone who hasnet been threw this would never understand what youmean by this question!!!!
at my old job at walgreens we were robbed and held at gun point and it was my day off!!! he locked us in the food room.. didnt know what was happening!! it was horrible =0(

Yep! All you can really think about in a time like that is reload, aim, fire, reload, aim, fire, eventually aiming gets less and less important.
