yes... but check the AT&T international roaming rates... and you will not have the free intenet data(it will burn minutes)..
calling outside US will most likely cost anywhere from $1.29US to $3.30 per minute to use outside of the US...
So yes, but be careful or you could end up with a $3000US phonebill like some other hillbilly did last month...

yes, but only if it is on a contract account.
prepaid accounts with AT&T do not have international roaming abilitites, so if you are prepaid, you wont be able to leave the US with it.
