this is not correct. man may think he rules and be considered the figure head of whatever it is he thinks he rules but behind every good man, there is a woman. there is much power had and to be had by women, it is just not in our nature to live our lives in pursuit of personal gain. rather, this is the nature of man and how it is that man became thought of as RULER. it is a woman's nature to live harmoniously within a group and sacrifice her every aspiration for those of her children and family.

Fear rules generally. Man is ruled from his Judgment and woman is ruled from her Will, but each have both. Both are ruling and ruled, but each exists differently and are individualistic as human.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.
