Some races seem to be more 'right brained' than others. That makes them more emotional. On the bad side emotionalism can become violent. The advantage is that one can be more loving and intuitive, if that emotion is developed. Being more logical, left brained, can be more scientific or, on the bad side, colder and more caloused, competitve, controling, dominating and use the science for weapons. In the West we aggress and are insensitive to it, if we have a 'reason', even if it's a rationalization, although that may be changing.

In lesser developed countries people are stoned if they aren't liked, like in India. In Africa some tribes will go and rape another tribe's women. In parts of europe I've heard they do things much like they do here, spraypainting insults, vandalising property, spitting on individuals, or flat out killing people. My cousin who lives in Berlin says that a lot of people in Germany hate the Turks who live in their towns, that they act like they have no morals, but i don't know about it I shouldn't talk 'cause I've never been there.

In the U.S. it is subtle but prevalent. In the middle east it's up in your face and violent. In most of Europe it's not as prevalent. In Africa it's deadly like in the middle east. These are of course over generalizations, but I think Europe has a leg up if I'm not mistaken.
