Everyone watching anime or reading manga has noticed that the laws of physics and common sense can be thrown out the window. Be it hair colors, ridiculous speed and strength or the sound of explosions in outer space.
What I want to know from you is, what is the single weirdest thing you've ever watched in an anime or read in a manga?
What made you go "WTF?! That SOOO can't be possible in real life!"
This question applies to EVERY genre.

There is one thing that gets me every single time, giving me that "wtf" moment. This happens base on the law of anime that states: "No matter how a character looks/dresses/talks/acts, it is impossible to deciphier whether or not a character is male or female until it is implicitly stated."
So, for example I am watching a show called Happiness. A girl comes on screen, and I'm like, "Wow, she's the cutest character in this show." Two minutes later, I find out she is a guy name Jun. WTF!?!

That's what makes an anime "ANIME". It breaks the rules. A magazine already featured that. Here are some of the "laws" anime established.
1. Law of Selective Gravitation
- because of this, anime characters can fly.
2. Law of Reverse Accuracy
- if you try to observe it, in some animes, as long as you're the main character, you will never miss in a battle- except if missing makes the scene more dramatic.
3. Law of Inexhaustible Ammunition
- anime characters fighting against each other NEVER run out of bullets, bombs, or anything. There are exceptions, of course.
4. Law of Melee Luminescence
- anime characters always radiate an aura- with matching color coding: blue for the main character, red for the villain.
5. Law of Melee Exclamation
- every move has a name [ex. Laser Sword for Voltes V]. When you shout the name, it becomes more effective.
It is indeed pointless but is also fun, isn't it?^^

Retarded/ unbelievable things in anime:
1. The last season of Sailor Moon- girls that turn into guys, then turn back into girls (What????)
2. Every guy at boy's schools are gay, every girl is girl's schools is a lesbian
3. Cat people
4. Hands down the weirdest, though: FLCL

That would be the 12 kingdoms. I didn't understand, coz there were too many characters traversing between past, present and future. ALL of them going back and forth. No one focused on anything.
2nd question: on Airgear, the people can go flying off the building rollerblading altho u know in real life u could die.

ranma 1/2, i really like anime and that includes ranma 1/2 but a boy changing into a girl is impossible, and a girl changing into a cat but i really like it and also for the person who said that anime sucks, i hate you........
but anything can happen in anime, you know

nothin much makes me go wtf but the way in the anime bleach theres too much blood coming out from a person its unreal it comes out like a fountain if that person is stabbed or wounded and also in naruto and hunterxhunter u know they disapear and reapear or they run so fast they seem invisible or something like that

weird one not much cos this is wat anime/manga are they are just like friction made up story...... so thing/event in it can be ver ver amzing out of normal but 1 thing to me that is true are they are good cool amaze !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love them even they are not true haha ^^

ueki no housoku. what kind of anime is that? from the character, the story, and the GOD in this anime are trully impossible.
