I couldn't believe it, and there's no reason stated as to why. Here we go w/another spoiled brat celebrity getting away with murder. Your opinion?

It just goes to show that the law does not apply and treat everyone equal. If it was you or me we would have 90 days or more in jail considering she has had more then 1 dui. Don't forget Lynsdy Lohan only got served to 1 day in jail. The justice system sucksssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See didn't murder anyone. But, they say there was time served before. And, that it's not uncommon. But, it seems to be a waste of resources to put someone in jail for 82 minutes. Why bother.
I don't really like that celebrities are getting off easy. But, I was thinking it might be local governments fear of the celebrity's great lawyers.

a total and complete waste of time. thats just over and hour. y spend it in jail when you could just tell her to stop it would be just as affective.
i gueesing its just the law saying that they don't give people with a huge amout of money specail attention. which they clearly do. i mean hello is there really any reason to send her away for an hour then to take her out and think you have affected her in any way. it would have been more scarying in a horror movie.

I spent 21 years as a cop so it doesn't really surprise me that fame and celebrity get a person less jail time than you or I would get. Actually as a cop or retired cop the judge would've loved to make an example of out me and I would spend years rotting in jail.

considering she is pregnant and was driving down the wrong way on the road because she was smoking hash!!..i think she shudda bin sentenced ALOT longer.
who knows what she is putting into her system while she is pregnant.
