My knight in shining armour was a mate who, when i was in hospital for a month after a serious accident, used to sneak in a macdonalds meal every night, as the hospital food was yuk! i would have wasted away to nothing if i had to exist on the hospital food - and macdonalds is my favourite fast-food.
