for me, it was constant. but my money would be on secondary, because i feel that more people adds exposure of bully-prone people to bullying stimuli (i guess) such as the fact that it is harder to catch someone in a populated area, one can claim discrimination when more people do bad things and only one gets punished, more victims, more encouragement from peers, the maturity of one's mind to find loopsholes in the system, more physical potential thus lessoning bullying inhibitors such as the fear of physical consequences.

Primary, and the first year of Secondary school. Then I decided that I would confront the bullies and I had a fight with the main one and kicked his head in. got suspended for a week and violence does not sort anything out, but I was respected after that...

Real bullies are in Secondary School. They would be in groups or gangs n be more fierce than the Primary School bullies.

I think Junior High.

Everybody started caring about how they look in like 6th grade and that was when most conflicts aroused. Kids judged each other a lot. At some point or another everybody was mad at you but you didn't know why. Then it turned out that your Best Friend wasn't really your friend. I think these were the worst years ever in school. Primary was okay, people did get bullied, but for reasons like " she took my jump rope". High school was in between for me, not as bad as junior high. People were more grown up and arguments weren't as idiotic.

For me I was bullied in Primary School. From the day
I started there was this girl who bullied me into being her
'best friend'. I always remember her digging her black fingernails into me. The bullying went on until I left for
SEcondary School. She went to another school and when
she saw me with my friends she remarked there was a funny smell. I suppose she would have carried on bullying someone
else inSecondary schooo. I am glad is was not me!!

Probably secondary school, but were not many in either as when I was at school teachers (way back then) were allowed to discipline the pupils to make them follow the rules.

in my Primary school there were more, i think they use to tease boys with big ears, fat kids, one girl in my class who had a funny nose, or kids whose names meant something funny, or rhymed with something funny...stuff like that.

i was in a boarding secondary school, no bullying there, just the occasional jokes or the popular kids...
