I've been getting pretty tired of the regular routine of drinking and going to dance clubs, and having a wasted weekend. being hung over Problem is I can't think of much else to do. Ive been compiling a list of interesting things I could do instead, but this list is pretty small. What are some other things that me and my friends could do on weekends? I am open to any suggestions.

- Rock Climbing
- Comedy Club
- Water Park
- Beach
- Art classes
- Meditation classes

Glider Pilot private Liscense
Learn to Play Guitar
Learn to Cook
spend an hour at a Library and research something just to do it . ( pick a different subject each time)
Learn a New Language ( a VERY valuable skill)
Join a Billiards Club , and learn the Game of One Pocket ( it will make 9 ball and 8 ball seem like childs play )
Join a Wood Working Class at WoodCraft ( they have a great website with lots of info)
Chess Players gather at Parks
Volunteer at a school or Nursing home , ( old people can actually be pretty cool)
Get additional Liscenses for other vehicles ( Motorcycle , Limo, Truck etc) or volutarily take Saftey classes at DMV or DMV sponsored , then give the certificates to the DMV so you get the points on your liscense then your insurance rates go down .

If I were in your position, I would tell her there is no way she is having that kind of party in my house. That drinking is never allowed in my house, and that I better not ever catch her drinking or drunk. The fact that you even have to ask what you should do means your not a very good parent. You are there to discipline your children. Not be their best friend. You can't make them happy all the time. You need to be firm, and hold your ground or she will never listen to you, and walk all over you. You may think your being harsh, but this is coming from a girl who used to party every day, get high, and sneak out until she was disciplined. My dad used to let me do anything I wanted, and since he started disciplining me, I haven't touched a cigarette, or a drop of alcohol. If she still doesn't listen to you, and is completely out of line, I would recommend sending her somewhere where she can be disciplined and learn that she can't get away with everything because later in life, she's going to get herself into a ton of trouble if you let her walk all over you. She could think she can walk all over cops, and she could end up in jail..

Everyone put their thoughts on everything and anything in a hat, sit in a circle with your coffee, soda, or non alcoholic drink. The "thoughts" should be clean, personal, fun, whatever and no one should know who the thought comes from. You start by picking one out of the hat and reading it, next state your thought about the thought on the paper. The fun will begin. Some of the thoughts will not seem to get conversations started but more likely, one "thought" can keep the conversation and ENTERTAINMENT going all night. You have so much fun and even greater, you truly get to know one another as a person rather than a drinking buddy. This is so much fun.

Going to a baseball game
Putt Putt golf
Paint Ball
Outside concerts ( a lot of them are free)
Get a dog.. and take it to the park
Cooking class
Get the travel guide for the state you live in. you can order it on line for free. Then look through it and pick something to do each weekend. When my daughter was young we traveled all over the place, finding new things. We even went to a dinasour park once and to a hidden waterfall. It was all very cool.

Get hold of a local "What's on" guide and see if anything in it interests you; find out if there are any local clubs or organisations you could join that hold regular events; or, weather permitting, get together and take a walk in the countryside. You may find some interesting plants and wildlife.

camping, hike at a state park, go to a cafe, drive around aimlessly, do stupid stuff like riding in a cart getting kicked out of a store

Go buy the game Balderdash, invite your friends over....play and you will have a blast. Sounds lame...but it is hilarious and you don't have to be drunk to enjoy it.

-shop (like at a second hand shop and see who can put together a more outrageous outfit)
