Of all the members, Kisame and Itachi show that they're not that destructive or criminal-like like any other of the members, though i believe we can never prove that Itachi really killed his clan for now, and we don't have any clues regarding Kisame being a warmonger shinobi. All we know is that he's a mist swordsman to be feared.

first of all itachi killed his clan. there is proof. first of all he threw a kunai at the family crest he look at his dad with his mangekyo sharinganhe called everyone pathetic.and tsuloyomi on sasuke proves everything.madara was in the akatrsuki and tobi during the uchiha clan death and obito died 9 years ago

well that would be pretty hard to imagine cause arent the akatsuki members trying to get the jinchuriki and put it in themselves to make them even more powerfull.
