this is where having a can of insecticide in your office can make the difference between life and death. besides insecticide, always keep some band aids, mouth wash and chocs (separately!)

to avoid being spidered, take that can and spray all orifices that separate you from the spider. no spider can tolerate that stinky insecticide smell. you will be safe and the spider will move on to some other office where they forget to keep a can of insecticide handy.

if you dont have a can of insecticide now, yeah, like some other poster said, a man can come in handy.

but do go and buy and store a can of insecticide in your office soon!

get a large long glass or vase and a piece of card or paper put the glass over the spider and then carefully slide the paper where the spider is. Tip the glass back and bring the spider outside and release it away from your house. You can use the paper as a lid if it makes you more comfortable. Good luck and god speed.

Well I don't really understand the question but if it comes in your office drop a book or something real heavy on it. That should take care of the problem. You can even stand on a chair while you do it so it can't get to as easily.

Oh dear ... ask a man to take of it for you ... unless you yourself are a man, which can be the case, my brothers are both big strong strapping men and absolutely terrified of spiders ... get someone who isn't scared of it to coax it into a jar or cup, and then put it outside.

Don't kill it, they keep the flies down. They may look scary, but they are much cleaner and more useful than flies.

It does sound like an contaminated spider chew. no longer a topic via fact of venom, yet via grimy mouth of a spider. You ned to pass see your physician to get antibiotics. you will possibly have some contaminated muscle mass. pass now previously it gets worse. Are you having any warm flashes?

whatever you do, don't kill it! killing spiders is bad luck. it like multiples your fears like 8 fold or something. if i were you, i'd get one of those big envelopes (like A4 or larger) and scoop him up into it. then go outside and set him free. or just dump him out the window, if he's that big he should be able to withstand a fall of up to 2 or 3 flights.

good luck!

Think of something funny like its wearing skates, otherwise go near it to conquer your fear i mean like just stand on it or something or even better get it in a glass and throw it out the window.

Spiders can smell fear and know how to track prey, they are not stupid and will not enter spaces where there are lots of humans, it will be waiting in your car for you when you finish work.

Go and say hello. They're quite friendly really. (Unless of course your firm imports bananas and it's about the size of a tennis ball - then it's best to leave them alone)

Pull 3 of it's legs off on one side of it's body and it'll only be able to walk round in circles....at least you'll know where it is.
