Call them. THEN watch your credit card, they'll hit you again 6 months to a year later for membership fees. Royal pain in the tucass to get that reiversed. With perserverance, I was reimbursed.

Well usually when you get e-mail from other sites it usually has a button towards the bottom that says "unsubscribe" click on it and there ya go.
