Ok.... I admit it Im a hot head... It only takes seconds for me to flip out on a person, and even black out... Im at work, and 2 people keep testing my limits... Is really hard for me to relax, when I know a person is talking about me behind my back, and even pointing me out.... I dont want to let my demons out... I keep trying to think happy thoughts, but that litte tick tock noise keeps going off in my head.... The worse part is, that one of them sits right next to me, and Im the type of person that likes to let you know that Im getting to the point were Im gonna flip out, just so u wont be so surprised when u get your teeth nucked out..... This is eating me alive..... I dont know what to do, what do you suggest????

i have the same problem but i try doing things that make me relax. things that i enjoy doing like working out, traveling and fun things make me ignore these people. also i think about the result of my actions before i do any thing. some times i relize i just took it the wrong way and staying calm would be the best action.

Dr. Keith Ablow's website has a whole series on this right now, you really should go to the site and watch it, it shows the whole episode where they deal with this problem in women, and there are a number of informative links. Anger fuels depression and depression fuels anger...you probably need counseling, and maybe medication, to get at the root of this problem.

That said, I have been there and worked with people who have worked my VERY last nerve and if I could have got away with it, I would have put a hurt on them too...lol Luckily most people aren't like her and I could ignore and evade her as much as possible and just deal with the reasonable ppl...good luck hon.

whenever u feel hot headed u take a deep breath n then u try 2 calm down.dats da first thing.n then u can count slowly from 1 to 10 in ur head.Whenever u feel angry jus think about calming down and try do do as i said.I think it will work.
