They are very small almost like sand, all white and stick to cabinet, dishes everywhere.

Sounds like these little bugs are from food, and then you got infested. They sound like little tiny micoscopic bugs that come from rice or pasta, flour stuff like that. Check your dried foods in your cabinet and if they are crawling with them that is probably your source. I got these 2 years ago and threw away all my food, cleaned the cabinets with fantastic and bleach and nothing got rid of them they kept coming, so maybe the bug bomb would work for ya, I just ripped out my cabinets and remodeled and that did the job.

I have dealt with this problem in my own home. What you have is silverfish which sometimes are white. You can use mouse or rat glue traps to catch them or see this link for other ideas. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverfish

do you have plants in your kitchen or near your kitchen? sounds like white fly but they usually live on plants and will infest every plant in your house.

yuck....u should definantely get one of those bug/insect foggers...you'll have to leave your house for a couple hours, but they are great...
