No.. Liberals always speak or preach of change.. That have a hard time understanding concepts like perseverance..
They want to try something new.. But as most with common sense knows all people have to do is look at out history to find out what worked and do that again.. Liberals also don't like to look back, because they don't like to look at there own mistakes of admit to ever making a mistake..

Yes, my husband and my brother know all to well. They are over there. Now, read your commander-in-chiefs own words.

Mission Accomplished - May 1, 2003

January 2007 - Troop Surge needed

Benchmark stated by Bush (from his lips to your ears) that Iraq needs to complete.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/01/20070110-7.html

November 2007 - To establish its authority, the Iraqi government plans to take responsibility for security in all of Iraq's provinces by November.

Other benchmarks that need to be met.

1. To give every Iraqi citizen a stake in the country's economy, Iraq will pass legislation to share oil revenues among all Iraqis.

2. To show that it is committed to delivering a better life, the Iraqi government will spend $10 billion of its own money on reconstruction and infrastructure projects that will create new jobs.

3. To empower local leaders, Iraqis plan to hold provincial elections later this year.

4. And to allow more Iraqis to re-enter their nation's political life, the government will reform de-Baathification laws, and establish a fair process for considering amendments to Iraq's constitution.

So, please tell me which if any have been met. And since the government is losing members, how will this happen?

You have calls to replace the PM.

The surge was suppose to help the Iraqi government implement this plan, has it?

Sure, their perserverance that Iraq is a lost cause knows no bounds and no matter how well the surge is doing, or any good news that comes from Iraq they are firm in their beliefs we've lost, things are horrible, and we should run away and let the Iraqis kill each other as soon as possible.
