Hellsing - the dub actors have British accents and they kept the language in an overly formal stage, just as they were supposed. i say it's a masterpiece of dubs

I also concur that Hellsing is one of THE best english dub animes and also Saiyuki and Cowboy Bebop.

FLCL , Trigun, Cowbot Bebop, FullMetal Alchemist, Pretear, DN Angel, Full Metal Panic?Fumoffu, GAntz all of these have decent english adaptations but i gotta say my favorite is Full Metal Panic?Fumoffu

for me there is no best dub anime!!! the original is the best!!! you'll understand the feelings and you trully get into the anime character. i say no to dub anime!!!

Fruits Basket and Fullmetal Alchemist are pretty good.
