i have just recently purchased a baby corn snake. i have to drive for 3 hours and i was wondering if it would harm the snake at all if it wasnt in the correct temperature because i obviously cannot turn the tank's heater in the car. is there anything i should do to prepare for the 3 hour drive and is there anything i should know about this??

That's nothing to worry about at all this time of year. They are not that delicate. If you have to make the same trip in the winter you can use one of those disposable temporary heat packs. Just make sure he has fully digested his last meal before any trip, don't feed him just prior to leaving.

no there is nothing to worry about, your snake will be fine, just make sure that you put him in a container with a lid and plenty of holes for oxygen, and try and put some wood chippings so he can curl up in them and keep warm or hide if he/she wants too, and try not to put your baby corn in direct sunlight. hope this helps, good luck :)

You can get a power adapter for the car, plug it into the cigarette lighter in the car and plug the heat lamp into the adapter.
