as wierd as out of body experiennces are it is way possible and anyone can learn how to consiously project from their body. I've done it many times myself

Some people view it as a gift, some see it as a curse. But yes you can learn to control it but you have to have an expert, most likely a psychologist who believes in these things because not all doctors do. I have my own experiences with it and its hard to "turn it off" like a switch because it just happens.

I tried it myself once and scared a neighbor. They even looked for footprints in the snow but did not find them.

That was my last out of body experience. I'd like to be sure that this is not causing trouble for anyone.

Be careful your may go somewhere you don't want to be sometime. Worse yet, then not be able to come back.
