I have just completed engineering in electronics . I want to go abroad to work , I don't know how to go to the foreign companies. please help me.

What country are you in? The procedure varies from country to country. More info needed.
Also, are there any transnational electronics companies around where you live that you might work for? Apply for a job with them then apply to work overseas with that company.

U hv to research...... tht which country actually needs elec eng........ n then apply for a work permit in that country.............. but this doesnt ensure tht u hv got the job.....
so if u contact the company u want to work for before the whole procedure and may b ask them for the finance to come to another country...... and then apply for visa.....
bcz the high commision of that country wud like to c that u hv a place to live and u hv a gud job wen u will go to diff cntry.....
1. find out the country tht need elec eng
2. apply for a job in the company.
3. apply for the visa and the work permit clearifying tht i hv bn offered a job in the country
4. u r off in the plane to ur dreamland

Easy.
Refer to any of the Newspapers calling for applications for such post.
It would be very easy to find a suitable job in the ME if you so wish.
Khaleedj Times has so many.
