There is this Chinese buffet that we often visit. The food is really good, but they have these things called "Chicken on a Stick". My husband and I both work in restaurants, and we KNOW this is NOT chicken. We've been trying to figure this out for years. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

The one thing that I have learned from eating oriental (plus a worker at an oriental restuarant told me) only eat chicken dishes that have white meat. If they are serving something else it will look like dark meat chicken. Although it is illegal for them to serve anything but chicken we all know that some places do try to get away with it. But this is a sure way of knowing that it is chicken. Good Luck

I'm pretty sure it's chicken, but it doesn't taste good.

It's probably barbecued Lassie or a cat that hangs in the back alleys or something.
