Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson and California Hospital?

I was reading the article from the link above. It says The family of Manuela Gomez Ruiz SUED Jackson and Marian Medical Center in Santa Maria, claiming she was kept from critical care after she had a heart attack on the same day Jackson was brought in with flu-like symptoms during his 2005 child-molestation trial. Jackson was acquitted in the case.

My question is that if all the hospital attention was on Michael Jackson why didnt they just sue the hospital, why do they want to sue Michael Jackson. the fault is the hospital not Michael Jackson. If michael jackson came to the hospital to recieve his treatments and got treatments first the hospital is responsible for every probem. MJ can only be held responsible is he demanded to be treated before anyone else. And by the way i'm not saying this because i am a fan of MJ. It clearly looks like that family is just trying to get money from the celebrity's pockets.

You may be right but, I ask myself this, how can an entire hospital, all the doctors and staff ignored others to treat Michael? how many doctors are in the hospital? One? how many can fit into an area to treat any one person so that "all others can be ignored"

I would ask these questions if I were the judge. It's hard to believe, I think someone is looking to make a fast buck or, we're not hearing "The rest of the story"

This isn't Michael's fault. He didn't told the doctors to ignore the woman and he sure didn't requested any special treatment. Its the hospital's fault for for not having what is neccessary. When are people going to leave him alone? People blame Michael for anything, that wasn't his fault! No wonder Michael hates the United States, everyone is either againts him or trying to get his money. Like I said earlier, Michael didn't ask for speacial treatment. He didn't raise a gun to the doctor's head or anything. How many doctors were there? What kind of hospital was it? Michael is not to blame and he will not have to pay the lady anything because he didn't do anything to her. I bet she heard about the allegations againts him and was mad because the jury found him innocent, so she's trying to either get money and fame, or try to make people hate him even more. If she thinks Michael is alone, she's dead wrong. Millions of people support him and we'll always will. I was outside the courthouse cheering for him in California during Michael's trials and I'll go to that damb hospital and do the same if its necccessary.

It's not Michael Jackson's fault. The poor guy gets sued for everything because he's got so much money, but the thing is he's a very humanitarian kind of person, I'm pretty sure that he wasn't like forget the lady with the heart attack and treat my flu. People are just too lazy to go get a job and pick on the people that actually did something with their life.

It was not Michael's fault at all, he didn't ask for special treatment and he didn't do anything to this woman! Everybody's always trying to find some reason to sue him so they can get rich! Why don't they ever leave him alone?? He's been hurt enough by people and he hasn't done anything to deserve it! He's so caring for all living things and treats everyone so nicely, and people still treat him like this! why can't they understand that whatever the media says isn't always true and it's never his fault but people always blame him for everything!!

THERE IS ALOT OF GOLD DIGGERS OUT THERE THEY KNOW HE MAKES ALOT OF MONEY SO THEY ARE GONNA TRY TO DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO GET HIS MONEY. IT WAS MAYBE THE HOSPITALS FAULT FOR MOVING HER. THEY COULD OF LEFT HER THERE WITH HIM SHE WAS TO OUT OF IT TO SEE WHO IS EVEN IN THERE.
