I cannot get my daughter to stay in touch with me.....I think post touchiness from an 18 yer marriage....sometimes it really hurts...she is 24 now.....my son, 26 stays in touch and we are as thick as thieves....i am grateful for that.I cannot say it irritates me as much as it makes me ache....i really do Not swell on regret or remorse and I look for the best in people....hence i find it. pretty neat huh? I think so!!!!! In the final analysis I think tolerance and compassion are paramount as communication does have to happen to pursue the truth in all we see, seek and do.

My 2 year old girl irritates me when we are out in public places because she does not listen to me. Its her world in her eyes. I have banned her from being in the public. J/K LOL

when my kids were little they refused . to talk to old people we saw in the stores; and now i baby sit my grand kids and my grand daughter ate all her sweet first then take her time to eat her vegetables and other food in her plate..

My 9 year old boy is so, so, so, so loud - he also talks constantly - I tell him, can't you please be quiet, or Daddy is sleeping, or "where is your baby sister", he answers, "sleeping", "then BE QUIET" I say. He refuses to do it, actually, I don't think it is possible for him to be quiet - it is very, very exhausting.
