YA is unclear on their guidelines and might mark you in violation. we aren't supposed to directly address people here or something like that.
Its like we're only allowed to ask question to the general public and its supposed to go one way only it seems.

Anyway, assuming Wy. is Wyoming and it's in the Mountain Time zone:

Penumbra first visible at 2.20am EDT

Actual eclipse (begins entering Earth's shadow) begins at 2.51am

Totality starts at 3.52am

Totality ends at 5.23am

Eclipse ends at 6.24am

And the moon will set with the moon in the penumbra (the faint shadow caused by sunlight diffracting through Earth's atmosphere).
