The Three Musketeers Bar claims to have low fat and calories. If you want something in terms of cookies, SnackWell offers a range of them. Nabisco also offers 100 calorie snack packs that come in a box. They range from salty snacks to cookie-like sweet bits. The pack is 100 calories total, rather than 100 calories per cookie.

Whenever that happens to me I go get a spoonful of Cool Whip. They have it in regular, chocolate, and vanilla. I keep my freezer really cold, so it hardens kind of and then it's a pretty good treat. There's only 20 calories per tablespoon in the cool whip light. The other ones are like 25 calories/Tbsp.

Chewy bars are only 100cal a bar. Or you can put a tablespoon of Nutella on toast...it'll be about 100cal, as well.
