In the East they will always be a playoff contender- but they don't have as much talent as some of the other Eastern leaders and definitely can't compete with the West.
Bosh is nice though and is improving.

They are surely doing very well but the team is still a bit too young and still can't handle the big games, and we will see this year, if they had learned from last year then they can get to the finals for sure..

Maybe one day. After all, the Tampa Bay Bucs won a Super Bowl and they were dreadful their first years in existence.
Maybe within 25 years or so the Raptors will have a title.
(My favorite team, The Golden State Warriors, have won only one title!)
