i found a bug that looks like a big eyelash what is it

It might be a house centipede; it looks like a cross between a daddy longlegs and a centipede.
I looked on one of the bug sites given by the person below and it has pictures of the house centipede and it does look like an eyelash! It's amazing it's little brain can keep track of where all those legs are going!

An insect that is very fond of your mascara, of course! Just kidding. But seriously you'll need more details than that, like color, shape, size... etc. I have never heard of a bug like that though...

Could it be Thrips (Thysanoptera)?
