Don't jump into conclusions yet. Always team USA have a great showing before really getting weary in the actual competitions. This team shows a lot of potential with Kobe, Lebron, Redd and Kidd manning the backcourt and Howard, Chandler, and Stoudamire getting dirty on the paint. However disregarding the Argentenian's would be a fatal flaw! They are defending Olympic champs man! Until this team delivers don't start counting chicks over eggs.

Watch your mouth boy, don't insult the Argentinians. Twice they make the Americans cry in shame (2002 FIBA-World & 2004 Olympics), remember.
Yes, the US team will definitely win this FIBA-Qualifiers (coz its a national disaster if they lose again in their own backyard in basketball. It can be compared to 911 all over again).
But i tell you, 2008 Olympics is another story, those 'goat herders' you insulted might ambushed the Americans again. And other strong European national teams are also there, waiting their chances to dealt the all-NBA US team a shameful defeat.
Watch out!!!

It's too quick to say, they are playing well, but they always do at the beginning of the tournament. They kick a$$ in the first couple of games and then they get a bit too comfortable. IT is true that they have added more pieces, and the additions of Kobe and Kidd will definitely add to their chemistry and desire. Im just saying that it's a bit soon to tell, but it sure does look good, now, huh? I think that they have much better chemistry, and they have the best team they have had in almost a decade.

i do no longer comprehend in case you comprehend this, yet Kidd has far extra adventure on the worldwide point than CP3 and Deron. he's like 40-0, he in no way lost a interest interior the Olympics. Amare did no longer desire to be interior the Olympics. Tyson grew to become into an option, however the coach opted to get Prince for versatility. surely nevertheless, the team is a few distance too small. you have 3 element guards! 3 element guards? Are you kidding me? Does the team actual need 3 different element guards? have they have been given 3 different performs that require 3 different element guards? you have Bosh a skinny skill and Boozer an undersized skill. The coach could desire to've switched Deron with Tyson on the grounds that CP3 is attentive to Tyson so properly you're able to see lobs flying everywhere. And particular i comprehend Deron and Boozer are teammates, yet CP3 makes Tyson so lots extra powerful. earlier CP3 got here into Tyson's profession Tyson grew to become into actual no longer an allstar, yet now he's an allstar alongside with West. Redd grew to become into chosen by way of fact final time around whilst united states of america grew to become into zoned we chucked up threes and bricked maximum of them so the coach choose for to get Redd to sidestep that. Redd is between the excellent shooters interior the league, he's on par with Ray IMO,yet i could nonetheless want Ray.

We'll see but they looked good tonight. i think they have a better mix of players for this type of tournament. They looked good and i think we'll find out a lot when they play Brazil this Sunday. Also keep in mind their kicking butt with their starters playing limited minutes. It'll be interesting to see how they do defensively when teams slow down the ball and dare them to shoot from the outside-- that's where: Mike Miller, Michael Redd, and Kobe Bryant will be key.

There not going to lose this year after there last 2 loses at the worlds and the Olympics seriously i don't see them losing for quit awhile now. They have something to prove now they didn't have to prove it before because they were the best and were but now they have to prove it to the world again and show all those people who say that team USA isn't the best that they are. Basically they are serious.

this time around they seemed to have found the right
players. some are stars(labron, carmelo, kobe, kidd)
the rest are excellent role players and know there roles on the team. they have a great coach although i would like to have seen what john wooden would do with this team. this team
could win it all at the olympics and the worlds as long as the egos stay in the lockers. if they continue to play TEAM
basketball they will take it all.
