Obviously one of those smaller wires attached to the positive battery cable connection is not connected or was pulled off by accident. Also, check to make sure the little black ground wires that were attached to the black ground battery cable connection are still attached to the batttery cable and the side of the vehicle.

Let's hope that you didn't install it backwards. Haha!

You may have created a spark (short) when taking everything out and blew the fuse that controls juice to the gauges. You'll have to check your fuses.

AA bateries dont work in cars sorry mate needs to be 12volt and puttin it on wrong way dont help sounds loke you left a lead off or blew a fuse

start by checking ur fuses if u ached the cable it may have bured a fuse good luck

you definitly blew some fuses check them

tighten the battery terminals...

check fuses...
