yes:
remember to find the slope first:
slope m = (y-y1) / (x-x1)
m = [-4-(-3)] / [-10-(-3)]
m = -1 / -7
m = 1/7
so substitute everything in the point slope form:(-10,-4)
y-y1 = 1/7(x-x1)
7[y -(-4)] = 1[x -(-10)]
7y+28 = X + 10
so:
x - 7y - 18 = 0 --- equation

slope =( -3+4 ) / (-3+10) = 1/7
1/7 = (y +3 ) / (x +3 )
7 (y +3 ) = (x +3 )
7y +21 = x +3
7y - x +18 = 0 . . . .. standard form

7y = x -18
y = x / 7 - 18 / 7 . . . . slope intercept form
