Are boobs organs? If they are, I'd donate those for free. They're too big anyway and they kill my back.

Im not sure, that would take some research. But my first instinct was anything but my p3nis. But then I thought with all that money, I would still like to drink cheap beer so that counts out the liver... If the apendix is an organ I would donate that.

Not a kidney as the kidneys are the energy of the body. When you lose one, half your vitality goes.I would donate part of a liver because they grow back.

a kidney and I know these two aren't organs but for a bonus I'll throw in some blood and bone marrow...5 million is alot of money I'd feel kind of guilty giving just a kidney.

a lung or kidney. something you can donate and still live. If someones life depended on it though and i was able to do it, i would donate it for free.
