Is GUTWRENCHING a word?

i looked in the dictionary and i cant find it online, why is that? is it a word cause ive heard it used and what does it mean?

It is two separate words, as in "It wrenched my gut". Imagine someone using a wrench on your guts and you'll know what it means.
