It's one thing to take pictures of celebrities and another to engage in fights with them and it seems the paparazzi are going out of their way to start fights these days. Yes, there should be open season on them.

Everyone has a right to privacy, however if one is out in public all bets are off. I do believe paparazzi should have to obtain police licenses like journalists must.

Well, if you want to be a celebrity (especially a stupid one) you'll just have to accept the fact that you privacy will probably be invaded many times.
