Ok, honey, you asked. Married twice, once at 22, once at 25. Divorced after 34 years of marriage when I finally fell in love with the right one. Marriage to anyone is soooooo long! Take your time and be sure. Concentrate in the meantime on education and a career in something you enjoy, so that when you DO meet the right man, you are an interesting, productive person. Your mate should compliment your life, not give you one. Think of what your best skills are - are you a people person? Art? Whatever will carry your interests for a long time where you can grow and improve is what you should be looking at. The more armed you are with information on the world, the more circles you can travel in. Mr. Right will come along eventually. Don't rush it...enjoy the carefreeness of limited responsibility while you have it. Life is FULL of responsibilities. Rent, kids, appointments, jobs, etc. Relax, sweetie.

I was on our local volunteer fire department. That's where I fell in love with the man of my dreams. He would whisper in my ear at the end of a fire or a car wreck how beautiful I looked even when I had sweat running down my face and dirt on my cheeks. He was strong and handsome his hugs would make me feel safe, when I would look into his blue eyes I could tell he meant every word he said. When I wrecked my truck he was the first one to come comfort me. I'll keep it PG but there were other things that would make me melt and at the end I felt like nothing in the world could touch us.The sad thing about my story was we had to keep our feelings from everyone because he had a girlfriend that he didn't like but they had a baby and I had a boyfriend. I'm married now I love my husband but I hate to say that we will never have that kind of love. If I could give you advice it would be this. Follow your heart, but use your head. Don't give away your heart easily, play hard to get.Live you life and don't worry about guys they are a dime a dozen but when your perfect match comes along don't let him go. High school is the hardest part of your life don't let it determine the rest of your life. And remember be yourself, have fun, don't worry there is no such thing as love when you are in high school it's called lust not love. Good Luck sweetheart!

I met my boyfriend when we were both 17. I got a job at the same clothing store that he worked at so we met there. He was so cute and shy but talkative and polite with me. I knew he liked me, and within a few months he had asked for my phone number, but was so shy that he didn't call, he only texted. But that was ok because I'm shy too :) So we went from texts to instant messaging on the computer and things moved really quickly through there.
Before I knew it he asked me out and took me on my first real date to a fancy italian restaurant and gave me pink roses and everything (he must have spent his whole little paycheck on me lol!). We've been together 3 years now and we really want to get married! He takes me to that restaurant every year to celebrate our anniversary. And for our first anniversary he gave me a diamond and pink sapphire white gold promise ring! :) He is my first and only love! â¥
Look forward to the nice guys that know how to treat you like the princess you are! :)

I was 29 before I met someone I truly truly loved. Dated a lot, had casualy boyfriends....worth every second of the wait. Don't rush or force anything, it will happen. Enjoy your life and your youth, you can't get it back.

We may have many loves in our lifetime, find someone that wants what you want without being told. I praise anyone who has,"still has" only one relationship in there life, It doesn't happen very often.
