It depends on what I am using the cheese for. If I am using the cheese in a recipe for on top of the stove and using it to melt the cheese in a pan with something such as macaroni, I prefer Velvetta Cheese. It melts better and comes out creamier and less stringy and oily.
But if I am using cheese on sandwiches, I prefer Kraft Cheese.

Oh yuck, neither one. I prefer a nice Feta cheese or a vintage cheddar... or some other sort of real cheese.
