Can my dad sue my EX for accusing him of sexually assulting me as a child which of course has no truth to it at all. If he can what can he go after. Please no rude or mean comments this is serious.

Yes, anyone can sue anyone else for anything at any time. The serious part here is the allegation your Ex has made against your dad. In our system of justice your dad will now have to prove he didn't sexually assault you as a child because when allegations like this are made the accused is assumed to be guilty until he proves he is innocent. And then the stigma of the allegation never goes away. Stay away from Social Workers, they do more harm than good. Your dad needs to talk to a good attorney.Good luck

This falls under slander and your Dad can press charges against him. Not sure what actions the court would take. Best to consult an attorney.

your ex hubby I shall assume, is making an official complaint against YOUR father for your father abusing YOU as a child....................well without a complaint witness / sufferer [you] I doubt they would even give it a moments glance to be honest............

Why on earth has your ex decided to do this / make this allegation???
