Do you know how many guys would love to trade places with your husband? They feel tied down-as if marriage was supposed to change their need for male companionship!

But does he have any close male friends? He may have assumed that you'd want him to give up that aspect of the single lifestyle-and done it for YOU!

Ask how certain old friends are doing. With a subtle hint like this, he may be inspired to call some old friends-and you'd end up having some time apart. But be patient! He may need time. Try and see your friends when he is busy with something else-watching sports, working at home-does he have any hobbies? Try and work some of your schedule around him. And, try and have something interesting to say about seeing your friends-f he sees that it as a positive efect on you, he may make more of an effort.

But-(this is the part that is hard to believe, so bear with me)-are you sure that this is what you want? So many women complain about nights out with the boys, that maybe you shoul rethink your position-maybe when you find you want him around more, he won't be available as much, 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder'...are you sure you want so much time apart?

If all systems are 'go'(out with the guys-for him), just let him know, be patient, and show him that it can be a positive experience. Chances are, he'll learn to appreciate it, and also appreciate YOU all the more.

When does he work? If you want to go out, then go out. Maybe invite him to go with you once in a while. If you both have different friends and do different things then maybe you really don't need him, especially if he isn't working and up your butt 24/7. Maybe your "style" doesn't include him and it is time for a change.

wow, my husband would love you! I won't let him go out at all! Mainly because he's in the Army, up at 4 am and not back until after 5pm and I miss him! Since you said he's up your butt 24/7 I am going to assume he doesn't work. So tell his butt to get a job! If that's not the case, go drink at your friends house. Don't tell him you are leaving, or lie...

Tell him you are having your trailer sprayed for bugs and that you are having to go downtown to pick up your welfare check.

If that does not work tell him that you have to leave to go on the Jerry Springer show to determine who is the father of each of your 10 kids.

Can you say white trash

lord heavens. a husband that wants to spend time with his wife. what is the world coming to! seriously, you married him, what else does he want? that's just not tolerable.

okay, okay, enough sarcasm. if you want to go out, go out. you seem to be the only one in the relationship that needs space, because he doesn't seem to be asking for it. let him know you need a night out once in awhile. if he loves you, he wouldn't mind.

how worldy you sound. You should be at home submitting to your husband and then when he's not home and you have all your housework done then you do something for yourself. Your husband should always come before your own desires.
